At PRP Financial Solutions we are completely transparent about our fees. There are no hidden costs and if additional fees are chargeable these will be clearly communicated to you first.

Unlike some brokers who charge a percentage of the loan value, we charge a low fixed fee of £495

For our low cost fee of £495 you will receive the following:

  • Representing you: We work for you not the lender therefore we can advise on the correct way to present your application to the lender to ensure it is accepted.
  • Full application management: We will manage your application through to completion and will deal with all the parties involved e.g. the lender, solicitor, estate agent etc.
  • Flexibility: We understand that as professional working individuals your lifestyle can be hectic and arranging a time to meet up can be difficult. To accommodate this we can do everything on the phone. Yes that’s right – no more wasted time arranging to meet up. We can gather the required information and provide our recommendations on the phone or via email – the choice is yours!
  • Access to ‘whole of the market’: We have access to hundreds of deals many of which may not be available from the high street bank (saving you £’s as we can get you the best possible deal).
  • Knowledge: Our knowledge of the lenders criteria means we can determine if you are eligible for the mortgage product before you apply. In the current climate this is very important as the lending criteria is very strict and a single mistake on the application form could count against you. Not only that, if your application is unsuccessful you may still have to pay for the lenders processing / application fee.
  • Expert Advice: We have the expertise to advise you on all the different types of mortgage products e.g. fixed, tracker, capped, offset, flexible mortgage etc. In addition to this we can also find you the most suitable insurance products such as life insurance, mortgage protection, income protection etc.
